Terms of sale

The lots proposed, in the following price list, are guaranteed authentic and free of hidden defects. The prices are expressed in euros and net, to which must therefore be added the shipping costs and any requests from the buyer. Payment must be made no later than 7 days from the date of purchase. The return is accepted, except for multiple lots for which the return is not accepted. Any shipping costs due to the return of the material are at charge of the buyer and the compensation will only take place after the delivery of the object, if the package has not been damaged before or during transport. The shipment is at the buyer's risk and peril, only those who make the insured shipment will be entitled to compensation due to a hypothetical loss of the package. The insurance price may vary based on the sum insured requested. We will not accept complaints or returns after 7 days from the date of receipt of the material. The offers are intended except for the sold lots, in the case of multiple orders the lack of one or more lots does not affect the purchase of those still available. For sales outside Italy the sale will be made taking into account the relevant legal provisions. The Rome court has jurisdiction over any disputes.
